To ensure complete guest satisfaction from the top down, Vision offers a small staff of VIP concierge managers who provide white glove service at every turn. Our VIP team will perform a walk-through to ensure each guest room is in pristine condition, pre-key rooms to expedite check-in, meet and greet guests upon arrival, and escort them to key events and rehearsals. We also provide a 24-hour phone number to service requests for transportation, dinner reservations, photo-copying and other errands.
Our VIP concierge managers will function as liaisons between you and your most important guests, ensuring that you won’t be caught off guard by any last-minute requests—and that all the reviews coming from upstairs are the kind you’re hoping to hear.
